Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

  • Lead Property Management and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding, customer-focused experiences
  • Enhance and maintain customer relationships by understanding their business needs and leveraging our platform to address real estate challenges
  • Facilitate lease proposals, conduct space tours, and coordinate unique event programming to create a vibrant community atmosphere
  • Support the General Manager in driving amenity engagement and lead a cross-functional team to meet corporate objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth potential and setting career advancement goals
  • Develop and present the annual operating budget and capital plan
  • Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss variances, quarterly reforecasting, and investor reports
  • Manage third-party maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Supervise pre-built and landlord-built customer spaces and all major repair and maintenance projects
  • Assist the Property Management team with various projects and communication efforts


Qualifications of the Operations Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience within the real estate industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong financial experience, including managing costs, budgets, service contracts, and arrears
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software
  • Proven experience leading a multi-layered team with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Passion for working with people, creating outstanding experiences, and leading with a hospitality mindset
  • Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
