Position Overview for Business Services Manager:
  • Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Compensation: $25 per hour
  • Dress Code: Business casual attire
  • Location: Central business district - Parking is not included.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and lead a small team. Manage contracted services, including but not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services. Responsible for talent assessment, staff development, and performance management activities with support from designated leadership.
Specific Duties:
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered, efficiently utilizing existing processes or proposing alternatives when necessary.
• Manage production labor metrics to meet established labor and quality control standards set by the organization.
• Enhance operational quality through effective implementation and management of service excellence tools.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by regularly gathering end-user feedback and conducting customer satisfaction surveys, focusing on retention and service quality.
• Ensure operational quality by assisting in achieving audit and deadline compliance goals, utilizing best practices.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by aligning employee skills with production requirements.
• Inspire and recognize employee achievements in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience is strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technology.
• Proficient in using Off 360.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, lift, bend, and twist; standing and walking will be required throughout the day.
  • Business casual dress code is expected; no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.
  • Ideal candidates must be vaccinated.
