We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple Data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables; Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.
  • Strategic Planning: Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively; Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources.
  • Analytical Skills: Interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Negotiation: Working with stakeholders to reach agreements and resolve conflicts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting; Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyzing issues and finding effective solutions quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details.


Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Data and/or AI projects.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and AI frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Big Data technologies.
  • Secondary Skills/Good To have - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Soft skills/other skills (If any) - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting project updates and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
