On-Demand Group is currently seeking for a Product Manager for a 6 months contract to start engagement.
Title: Product Manager
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: 100% remote (preference for local to Twin-Cities with ability to be onsite as needed or 1x/week)
Must have:
8-10 years seasoned product management experience
Experience working within a global company, large enterprise environment
Technical roots/background
SAFE training (formal experience preferred)
Nice to have:
Financial industry experience preferred
Experience participating hands on within a company transformation from project to product management
Overview of the project:
Our client is transforming their mature Agile shop, evolving into a more product-centric model. Work closely with c-level executives as you help bring this top digital product forward for the global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview the business and write use cases; work swiftly and efficiently to keep this fast pace, fluid project moving forward
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps
- Drive the product development process, including prioritization and release planning
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements
- Focus on delivering real-time insights for clients, improving colleague workflow, and growth planning tools
- Increase capacity and drive future innovation for the company
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong product management experience, preferably in Agile methodology
- Technical background in software development or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
