Position Overview:
The Digital Transformation Employee Insights and Analytics Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and utilization of SaaS-based analytics tools aimed at enhancing employee well-being and productivity across Booz Allen Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to deploy and integrate employee insights and analytics platforms.
- Utilize collaboration, business intelligence, and data analysis skills to maximize tool adoption and demonstrate its value to both technical and business audiences.
- Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with vendor updates and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate training and support for users to ensure an optimal experience with the analytics tools.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with IT and People Services teams to empower employees in leveraging analytics for improved productivity and well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in deploying workplace analytics platforms, such as Viva Insights.
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing technology solutions within an enterprise setting.
- Proficiency in PowerBi, SQL, or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Viva Insights.
- Ability to translate data and feedback into actionable improvements or business cases.
- Understanding of workplace analytics and strategies for employee well-being.
- Capability to engage and instruct users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation concepts.
- Strong organizational and training skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
