Key Responsibilities:

SALES: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine your skills and become a top-performing sales team member.

CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce to ensure high performance.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Understand the costs and benefits of roofing systems from the customer's perspective, aiding them in decision-making.

RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and customers, ensuring long-term success.

GOALS: Achieve annual sales targets and manage expenses, ensuring profitability and business growth.


Key Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: 1-5 years in Commercial Roofing, Construction, or a similar industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

SKILLS: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.

TRANSPORTATION: Valid driver’s license.
