Job Overview

Bilingual Sales Specialist (Healthcare Equipment)

  • Position Type: Direct Hire

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 (base salary plus annual bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new and existing clients through company-generated leads, addressing both current and future business requirements.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Actively participate in Sales and Marketing initiatives, collaborating with team members to execute business strategies.
  • Organize and/or facilitate sales, marketing, and training sessions as necessary, ensuring attendance at all required meetings and events.
  • Travel to business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and client locations as needed, with potential for international travel based on assignments.
  • Stay informed about marketplace products and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, communicating insights to senior management and relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, including importing new information, updating records, and conducting necessary cross-checks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Korean is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S., Central and South America (expenses reimbursed).
