Product Manager I Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs and improve their experience.
- Define the end-to-end user experience across various platforms, including mobile and web apps, middleware, back-end, partner integrations, and reporting systems.
- Lead the day-to-day activities of our exceptional product development team, prioritizing work, conducting discovery, and writing requirements for new features.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as Business, UX, Analytics, and partner domains to design and deliver industry-leading user experiences.
- Ensure the speed, reliability, scalability, and security of our products.
Product Manager I Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Over 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role with multiple referenceable products.
- Expertise with UX and back-end, full stack domain.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct product management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex problems clearly.
