What You'll Be Doing
Identify pain points in the current internationalization and localization processes, and design and build solutions as part of the Globalization Platform to empower scalable and efficient product globalization Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmap, and communicate it effectively to the team and stakeholders while ensuring excellent execution Strong product sense with an ability to envision new technology solutions that address internal user needs Serve as the primary point of contact for your products and support internal users to smoothly ship localized products and content Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration Influence the technical decisions around standardization of Internationalization to provide cohesive and delightful local experience to customers (e.g. plurals/genders, ICU / CLDR integrations, bidi / RTL, i18n testing, best practices, etc.) Evangelize globalization and internationalization best practices to cross-functional stakeholders
What We Look For In You
BA/BS technical degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of product management, TPM, or software engineering experience Excel in breaking down complex problems and moving forward in the face of ambiguity Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and communicate through data, also ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
Nice to Haves
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems Action-oriented, dedicated self-starter Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English Excellent organization and prioritization skills Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations

The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $237,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
