Job Overview

Account Executives (AE) play a primary role in driving growth at CareStack. You need a natural desire to win and quick critical thinking skills to assist doctors as they look to resolve issues impacting their business revenues. The CareStack leadership team has developed an industry-leading process that will produce over 150% to target when applied and practiced consistently. 


The AE role at CareStack is a remote position that will put you to the test in your ability to manage your day for success properly. Hence, you need a dedicated workspace, fast internet, and the ability to take Zoom meetings during a broad time frame. In short, this is not an eight or nine-to-five job, so if that is what you are looking for, go to the next post. If you want to push yourself personally, develop professionally, and be part of an industry-changing team, CareStack might be right for you. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Take prospects through the CareStack sales Journey.
  • Product demonstrations.
  • Hunt for new opportunities: Events, phone, and video. If you are afraid to hunt, this is not the role for you. 
  • Manage inbound leads.
  • Keep deals per our system CRM (Hubspot).
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota. 


Do you have the skills?

  • Experience selling software or technology to dental offices.  
  • Hubspot experience.   
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Well-honed follow-up skills. 
  • Goal-driven with solid team commitment.
  • Above-average communication skills. 
  • Awesome time management skills
  • Well-positioned candidates will enjoy daily prospecting work and thrive in an environment that welcomes change. The AE position is challenging and rewarding and comes with a robust compensation package, including a base salary, quarterly bonus, benefits, 20 PTO days, and regular spiffs throughout the year. 


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Some travel for Tradeshows & Events (30%)
