Location: Novi, MI

Major Products :Co-Polyester Resin

Working Hours: Full time, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)

FLSA: Exempt

Pay: $150-200K ( Including base plus incentives)


Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze the status of the copolymerized polyester market and competitors.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential customers specially to flexible food packaging
  • Identify and pursue new market and applications for the Co-polyester resin and expand business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients
  • Close deals with new and existing customers, exceed sales quotas, and contribute to team success.
  • Manage distributing channel in the United States
  • Cooperation with HQ (JAPAN side)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the paint, adhesive industry, preferably Co-polyester business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
