Key Responsibilities

Life Insurance and Other Policy Servicing

o Manage and service new and existing policies for life insurance, Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI), disability insurance, annuities, and long-term care.

o Maintain accurate records for policy applications, renewals, and modifications.

o Serve as a liaison between clients, financial advisors, and insurance providers.

Financial

o Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

o Coordinate “pay as you go” workers compensation payments, coordinated with payroll.

o Enter bank deposits and accurately record financial transactions in accounting software.

o Basic bookkeeping: uploading / processing invoice payments, bank reconciliations, payroll entry and other.

Administrative

o Plan and coordinate company events and manage staff travel arrangements.

o Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.

o Maintain regular contact with the office management company and report any maintenance issues.o Manage contracts for office equipment and ensure compliance with all contractual terms
