Position Summary:
The Financial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, along with general ledger accounting responsibilities. This position requires a seasoned manager who is hands-on and capable of leading a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
2. Oversee the input and management of financial transactions, including invoicing and vendor/customer relations.
3. Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure accurate financial management.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of aging reports for both accounts payable and receivable.
5. Coordinate the reconciliation of vendor and customer aging reports and facilitate audit requests.
6. Prepare vendor credit applications and oversee month-end closing activities.
7. Develop weekly payment schedules and assess cash flow requirements.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience is essential.
- Familiarity with MAS 500 and Coupa software is advantageous.
