Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in technology (product and engineering) with a minimum of 5+ years in Financial Services.

Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including the configuration of the FSC Platform.

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional is required.

Proven ability to design and develop intricate solutions utilizing the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business.

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering or computer science).

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, business requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support).

Convert business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging out-of-the-box FSC cloud capabilities.

Mentor and guide a team of junior developers.

Strong foundation in relational database concepts, including SQL and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with FSC Cloud, Omnistudio, Flow Builder, and Flow Orchestrator.

Experience in large-scale implementation of FSC cloud and data model optimization.

Proficient in building customer-facing dashboards and integrating them with enterprise applications.

Collaborate closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure) to define and implement sophisticated, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies, focusing on adhering to industry standards, best practices, and code quality techniques.

Lead a high-performing team of experienced engineering and delivery professionals within technology, data, and business intelligence.

Establish priorities and focus for local and regional teams to support global engineering and delivery of core internal and client products and services.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$129,500 - $175,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
