This is a hybrid role in Hoboken, NJ. Those who can commute to the office on a hybrid schedule will also have the opportunity to attend networking events in the NJ/NYC area.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at zant, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and nurturing relationships to facilitate sales conversions. This is a commission-based role that operates on a point system, rewarding proactive and effective lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies and decision-makers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to introduce Zant's products or services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections and challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
