MakarttPro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and manage our social media and influencer marketing teams. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and team leadership. As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and oversee the execution of campaigns by remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage remote teams responsible for social media management and influencer marketing.
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand vision.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with MakarttPro’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Coordinator to source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships that align with brand objectives.
- Ensure influencer content meets brand standards and effectively communicates key messages to target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other department heads to align social media and influencer strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and content that resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Present performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key successes, challenges, and areas for growth.
Crisis Management & Problem-Solving:
- Monitor social media channels for potential crises or issues, and develop proactive strategies to address and resolve them effectively.
- Provide guidance to team members on handling sensitive or challenging situations, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading remote teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
- Experience in the beauty or nail industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and influencer marketing platforms.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas that drive engagement and growth.
