Novyx Capital, a division of Onyx Funding, is expanding its platform and is seeking a
Investor Relations Associate, driven, and eager to help build an
exceptional brand and team.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in raising capital, managing
investor relations, and building long-term partnerships with high-net-worth individuals,

the debt brokerage platform of our sister company, Onyx Funding. We pride ourselves

What You’ll Do:
As Investor Relations Associate at Novyx Capital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our
preferred equity business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Raise capital on a deal-by-deal basis, ensuring alignment with investors' goals
and the broader objectives of Novyx Capital.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing updates on
performance, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with their
investment goals.
- Work alongside our debt platform management to ensure alignment on each
deal.
- Strategize initiatives to increase visibility among target investors and position
Novyx Capital competitively in the marketplace.
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials such as pitch books, executive
summaries, and reports to ensure professional and compelling presentations.
- Lead the organization of client conferences, fund meetings, and other key
investor events to maintain strong investor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital raising, investor
relations, or a related field within real estate, private equity, or finance.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in raising significant capital
across multiple deals, with a strong network of investor relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute capital-raising strategies, identify
investor trends, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear,
compelling manner.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and
capable of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
