Position Overview
Our client, a publicly traded organization, is in search of an Investor Relations Specialist to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the precision and legitimacy of all data shared with investors, ensuring that only publicly available information is communicated.
- Supervise the organization and execution of investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, and investor conferences.
- Deliver summary insights to management following investor engagements.
- Conduct desktop research to identify the most suitable investors for the organization, including value investors and sector-specific stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to expand sell-side analyst coverage with reputable institutions, particularly within the domestic market.
- Provide expert guidance on modeling and valuation matters to ensure published analyses reflect a fair assessment of the organization.
- Ensure timely handling of inquiries and requests, maintaining consistency and validation of information shared.
- Clarify and contextualize operational and financial elements critical to evaluating the core performance of the business.
- Assist the Vice President of Investor Relations in drafting press releases and other external communications, collaborating with the management team to establish key messaging for maximum market impact.
- Support the preparation of quarterly results and the Annual Report.
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Investor Relations on capital market transactions and potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Quickly establish strong working relationships with key personnel across various business units.
- Prepare and review internal investor relations reports for senior leadership, analyzing recent trading activity, performance against peers, analyst recommendations, and market trends.
- Work in conjunction with the Public Relations team to ensure the company’s online presence is current.
- Manage additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
