Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a minimum of 4 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in querying large, complex databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD, CPT) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex data findings to diverse audiences.
