Key Responsibilities

Collaboration with Business Units:
Establish and nurture strong partnerships with business leaders in Distribution to grasp their operational areas and key priorities. Develop a 'thinking partner' rapport with them, providing data and analysis to enhance their decision-making processes.

Reporting:
Equip Distribution leadership with the necessary data to effectively manage their business sectors. Design, create, and sustain a self-service data ecosystem (dashboards, automated reports) tailored to their requirements.
Create ad-hoc reports as necessary.

Analysis and Narrative Development:
Proactively track and investigate relevant trends or address inquiries posed for analysis, delivering a compelling and clear narrative to Distribution leaders based on insightful analysis.
Offer data-driven actionable recommendations aligned with our primary operational objectives.

Modeling:
Construct and maintain straightforward models to assist the business in future planning (e.g., staffing models, regression models, etc.).

Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:
Educate stakeholders at all organizational levels on data insights, self-service dashboards, and other data-related tools or applications.
Support the development of our Data Community through collaboration with other analysts within the team and across the organization.

Skills and Requirements:
Proven ability to comprehend, work with, and interpret data effectively to influence business outcomes.
A curious mindset, demonstrated through proactive and reactive problem-solving, inquisitiveness, and knowledge building linked to outcomes and impacts on others.
Acting with urgency in performance, execution, decision-making, and responsiveness.
A focus on quality, with the capability to enhance control procedures.

Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a preference for Tableau.
Experience with Alteryx and SQL is preferred.

Ability to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting.
US work authorization is required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, etc.).
2+ years of experience addressing real-world business challenges through data and analysis.

The base compensation range reflects the low and high end of the spectrum for this role.

Actual compensation may vary and could be above or below the range based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.

The range provided is merely one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package for employees.
Additional rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the role.
