in the best interest of the company. The role of the Business Analyst will be a client facing lead to facilitate the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions consistently to schedule. This person will be a true problem solver with a business acumen and exceptional communication skills who has experience delivering technology solutions to a wide range of industry clients.

Responsibilities

  • Outward facing client management to successfully meet client expectation and objectives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Participates in requirements gathering process for new capabilities, data integration, data analytics and/or information delivery solutions.
  • Build out User Journeys, User Stories and conversely Epics in Jira
  • Create detailed client process flows to be used as the basis for delivery of Requirement and Statement of Work documents.
  • Troubleshoots and provide client support for Data Implementations. Experience in partial to full lifecycle Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Business Intelligence, Information Delivery, and Data Reporting solutions
  • Support DevOps by working side-by-side with 7T Engineering delivery teams to support each agile sprint / release delivered.
  • Produces source to target data mapping documents and will profile data as input to source to target transformation rules.
  • Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team.

Experience and Skills

  • 5 + years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience in areas such as Information delivery, Analytics and Business Intelligence.
  • JIRA and Confluence expertise
  • Ability to write SQL queries and a solid understanding of relational databases
  • Has been directly involved in the development process including planning, application development, code-reviews, testing and scaling implementations
  • Experienced in managing projects including estimates, budget, and status reporting
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across projects running concurrently.
  • Passion for learning and excited to work in a team environment.
  • Refined communication skills for sharing ideas and delivering presentations to executives and both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Agile / Scrum Development management experience
  • Combination of large and small company experience is considered ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Finance, or Business
