  • Tool & Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations and product analytics, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA/PhD/DSc) in an analytical field preferred or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Math, or Business;
  • 5+ years of experience developing, deploying, and using statistical models and machine learning algorithms;
  • Demonstrated experience in data development and management in large-scale databases;
  • Experience extracting and manipulating very large datasets (200 million+ records).
