  • Compliance with Operational Processes: Daily Operations, Change Management & Problem Management
  • Mentoring and development of team members to reach their potential.
  • Following and documenting processes, ensuring systems meet defined SLA’s and implementing established security standards.
  • Leads or participates in (un)planned maintenance outages which are well organized, with effectively communicated goals and executed to meet desired results.
  • Performs and reports statistics for team and system health checks at an appropriate frequency.
  • Responds to customer/client requirements and develop and/or implement programs or technical solutions to satisfy customer/client requests.
  • Adheres to defined service level agreements.


Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of seven years of experience as a technology manager working in an enterprise IT environment
  • Must have experience with performance reviews, hiring, and mentoring a team of technology professionals.
  • Seven years of experience working with infrastructure technology
  • Must have experience supporting technology in one of the following: OpenShift, Linux or Windows OS
  • Must have engineering experience with one of the following, networking, storage, firewalls and load balancing.
