Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and fashion-savvy Bridal and Evening Wear Sales Manager to lead our sales team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury fashion and bridal sales, with a proven ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service. This role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients feel their best on their special day.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high levels of client service and team performance.
  • Provide personalized consultations to bridal and evening wear clients, offering expert advice on fabric, style, and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, stylists, and VIPs to foster long-term business.
  • Drive sales through exceptional service and detailed knowledge of our collections, trends, and luxury craftsmanship.
  • Oversee fittings and final garment delivery to ensure a flawless client experience.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to communicate client needs and timelines.
  • Organize and manage trunk shows, private appointments, and special events in collaboration with marketing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning and client relationship management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand aesthetic and seasonal themes.
  • Stay current with bridal and fashion industry trends to ensure clients are receiving expert guidance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury bridal or evening wear sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury fabrics, couture garments, and the fashion production process.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering personalized customer service.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and fashion professionals.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in garment fitting and alterations.
  • Familiarity with fashion showrooms, trunk shows, and high-end retail environments.
  • Knowledge of current fashion and bridal trends, as well as luxury retail market insights.
  • Flexibility to travel for events, fittings, and trunk shows as needed.
