Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Boutique Manager to lead our prestigious boutique. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in luxury retail management, with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales results through clientelling, customer service, events, and marketing initiatives.

• Manage back-office operations, supervise selling professionals, and ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.

• Think strategically and drive the business to company standards, prioritizing, planning, delegating, and adapting to business needs.

• Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques, with experience in selling timepieces a significant advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.

• Excellent selling and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building client relationships.

• Superior communications skills, both written and verbal.
