- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique environment.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Availability: Available to work Wednesday - Sunday.
