Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute in-store events, including private candle-making workshops.

  • Store Appearance: Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and merchandising reflect our luxury brand.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Event Coordination: Ability to coordinate events and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Luxury Products: Passion for luxury products and creating memorable in-store experiences.
  • Availability: Available to work Wednesday - Sunday.
