Crazy Skates USA is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and responsible individual to become an integral part of our team We are a rapidly growing company that sells our own brand of roller skates, inline skates, and scooters for people of all ages. This position is located at our main warehouse in Indianapolis which is also attached to our outlet skate shop. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys multitasking, with an exceptional talent in negotiating. Specifically, commission based remuneration will be based on the successful candidate to negotiate and secure contracts with larger organizations and retail networks. A keen eye for detail and someone that works with a sense of urgency in their daily routine. We are looking for the right mix of knowledge, experience and energy. Commission will be negotiated on these three elements exclusively. We are looking for exceptional communication skills that enable the successful candidate to build our dealer network and build our affiliate program. We are looking for the person who will grow into the position and understand that a high level of enthusiasm is absolutely essential. A knowledge of the skating industry is desirable, but not essential. If you have the enthusiasm, drive to succeed and discipline to develop a high level commission based remuneration, you are who we are looking for


Responsibilities:

Your main role is managing and growing our B2B sales. This includes:

  • Contacting existing customers to grow their inventory needs
  • Reaching out to potential customers to establish and build sales
  • Reporting on lead generation and sales results
  • Market research to identify new potential customers and working with the company's marketing department to successfully build brand awareness


This position also includes these responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the marketing and development of sales in the outlet store.
  • Proactively working within the business to learn the procedures and practices to build business
  • Investigating and resolving customer enquiry to build brand trust
  • Must be available from time to time on Saturday to assist Outlet Store Events
  • In integral part of this position is to build our B2B network, as such, travel to tradeshows and major customer events are essential


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working within a team environment is essential
  • Business degree preferred, but not essential
  • Contract negotiating and "closing the deal" skills are preferred.
