TekPro is an executive search firm representing Semler Industries in the search for a Territory Sales Manager. This position is based onsite in Franklin Park, IL, and is responsible for generating new business and expanding a sales territory in Indiana. Semler Industries is a successful, privately held company specializing in fluid handling systems for a wide range of industries.


Objective

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining Semler Industries’ brand and reputation within Indiana. Success in this role is measured by meeting or exceeding sales goals and gross margin requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, create sales opportunities, and drive continuous sales growth.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside sales support and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role with comparable goals and responsibilities (industry experience highly preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Flexibility to work the required schedule.
