The North American headquarters in San Diego, California will continue to power our growth in Canada, United States and Mexico.

To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Sales Engineer to our team. This position will report to the Sales Director Americas. Open to remote candidates all over United States.

The Job

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to close, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions to effectively communicate benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical team to present and demo our solutions and deliver pre-sale designed solutions.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Identify, develop, and manage, large strategic accounts.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies. This may include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales objectives, devising action plans and timelines.
  • Develop and support Channel Partners
  • Occasional travel to client site and trade shows in and out of the US. are needed.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of sales experience selling solutions in distribution, order fulfillment, manufacturing, ecommerce, integrators, or similar industries.
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, dynamic and work independently
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.

Preferred:

  • Proficient in data analytics such as excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Proficient in AutoCad
