Job Summary


We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven HVAC Equipment Sales professional to join our Phoenix, AZ team. In this vital role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems to promote and sell high-quality equipment to contractors, engineers, and facility managers. Your goal will be to drive business growth by offering tailored solutions and fostering long-term relationships within the mechanical construction sector. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about HVAC technology who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell commercial HVAC equipment to meet and exceed revenue goals, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and associated system components.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Use expert knowledge of HVAC systems to provide customized solutions that meet client needs and challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and superior customer service.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the commercial mechanical or HVAC industry, focusing on equipment sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Phoenix, AZ market with a stable and consistent work history in the region.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components (e.g., chillers, boilers, air handling units).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
