This forward-thinking company is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to drive operational excellence and manage key performance indicators, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and workflow optimization to enhance productivity and performance.


Hours: 8am-5pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Travel: 10-15%


What You Will Do:


  • Develop, implement, and continually refine operational strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs related to inventory, COGS, labor efficiency, and more.
  • Lead operational projects, including optimization, automation, and capacity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Review each period and YTD financials with executive leadership. Implement and oversee plan for improving results.
  • Review KPIs with Operations weekly and provide guidance and coaching to insure all hit targeted KPI’s.
  • Mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve financial KPIs.
  • Play a key role in planning, developing, and executing new growth directives for the company. Manage all operations-related projects (e.g., optimization, automation, capacity planning implementation, etc.)
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Do You Have:


  •  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success with at least 7-10 years of experience working in an operations role and a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels. Will have demonstrated success in creating creative and practical solutions to increase employee productivity and maximize profitability.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and provide decision-making leadership to effectively influence others; champion and implement ideas.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Continuous improvement.
  • Organized and excellent planner, communicator, and collaborator. Able to manage multiple priorities. Action oriented and proactive, continuously displaying a sense of urgency.
  • Systems and data-driven; goal and results-oriented. Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual. Willingness to immerse themselves in the company experience, culture, values and mission.
