Fuse Specialty Appliances, a wholesale/retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks an Account Manager for our brand new showroom located in Boca Raton. The account manager will have or gain a high degree of expertise in the premium appliance market while learning and executing on critical CRM behaviors including prospecting, follow-up and fulfillment. This is a commission based role, there is no cap on earnings.


Specific duties include:

  • Meeting customers in showroom, in home/business, or on job-site to discuss and plan project requirements.
  • Coordinating customer readiness to ensure product availability as well as just in time inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Updating CRM system as well as ERP with all relevant customer interaction data


Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
