Title: Business Process Manager

Salary: $150k+/- base (depending on experience), plus bonus and good benefits

Location: West Miami (Hybrid Schedule, 3 days in office)


Responsibilities

  • Implementing and managing and the BPM projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with the Strategic Plan.
  • Responsible for identifying, quantifying and prioritizing projects and initiatives that present process improvement opportunities and innovation optimization.
  • Documenting the organization’s processes and information flows, identifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvement solutions, designing and developing metrics for accountability and validation of improvements, completing time studies, creating process maps, and gathering data on metrics and key performance indicators (KPI).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Eight plus (8+) years of experience in Process Improvement.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
  • Financial Services / Wealth Management experience preferred, i.e. Banking, BSA/AML, Risk Management.
