As a Sales Associate for our esteemed client, a premier real estate marketplace, you will assume a key role as a strategic resource to realtors, facilitating the enhancement of their digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Utilizing engaging presentations, your responsibility will be to steer clients towards subscribing to our client's cutting-edge platform, thus augmenting their marketing pursuits. The rigorous training program ensures success in representing their brand with proficiency.


This role will be 5 days a week onsite in their Richmond, VA office.


  1. Strategic Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue through a subscription-based model.
  2. Business Expansion: Execute outbound calls to identify and capitalize on new business prospects, effectively sealing deals to expand client base.
  3. Virtual Presentations: Articulate the unique value proposition of our client's offerings through compelling virtual presentations.
  4. Proactive Achievement: Exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks through proactive sales initiatives.
  5. Collaborative Spirit: Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with team members to collectively enhance revenue generation efforts.
  6. Client-Centric Focus: Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing client needs with tailored solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction.


Mandatory Criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. Minimum of six months' experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, preferably within the realms of digital marketing/advertising or residential real estate.
  3. Track record of achievement in a corporate sales setting.
  4. Proven proficiency in customer relationship management and cultivation.
  5. Results-oriented mindset complemented by analytical acumen.
  6. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving business landscape.
