Events Assistant (Weekly Pay $800 - $950 Per week)

Location: Riverside, CA


This is a full-time on-site role for an Events Assistant for our client in Riverside, CA The Events Assistant will be responsible for providing support at in-store promotional events throughout the region. The Events Assistant will also handle customer service inquiries and assist with communications related to events.

Entry-Level Events Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Brand Promotions: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services to effectively engage with customers and clients.
  • Contribute fresh ideas: Actively participate in brainstorming and developing innovative strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support sales initiatives: Assist in generating leads, acquiring customers, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Champion customer service: Maintain high standards in customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Be the face of the brand: Represent our client's brand at various events, promoting products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Provide stellar support: Assist customers with product information, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate event logistics: Assist in planning and organizing events, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with team members to achieve shared objectives, foster teamwork, and maintain a supportive work environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks: Support the event and sales teams with various administrative duties as required.


Qualifications:

This is an entry-level role, so no prior experience is necessary. We prioritize candidates with strong soft skills including adaptability, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.
