Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects independently. This role requires a professional with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in sectors such as K-12, justice, government, and industrial. Candidates with experience solely in multi-family or residential construction need not apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance throughout the construction process.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all team members and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects in sectors such as K-12, justice, government, and industrial.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred).
