Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities from project planning to ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the safety department.
  • Possess a strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Plan and manage field activities, including construction methods, workforce allocation, material requirements, equipment usage, temporary power sources, and work schedules.
  • Effectively coordinate the sequencing and performance of subcontractors.
  • Develop and monitor adherence to the project timeline.
  • Maintain communication with various departments (Quality, Equipment, Safety, etc.) to ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and inspections align with field activities and project schedules.
  • Conduct timely and accurate project closeout procedures, including As-Builts and Punchlists.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and building management to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain a daily log of job site operations and report to management as needed.
  • Schedule and facilitate inspections for required permits.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors, safety personnel, and foremen.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a degree in Construction Management.
  • Experience with Procore is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 certification within 90 days of employment.
  • A detail-oriented and hands-on approach to project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
