  • Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Author, edit, deliver, and maintain job-specific training content, technical training manuals and QRGs, recorded process walkthroughs and training videos.
  • Manage knowledge library, employee learning tracking and reporting, and auditor self-service portal.
  • Quarterly training
  • Developing training strategy-modularize training and assess key take aways
  • Developing training schedules
  • Maintenance of operational user guides and job aids
  • Developing work arounds for defects in the system
  • ISO training


Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with MS Office as a whole, PowerPoint is important
  • Captivate tool as an adobe product is good to have
  • Adobe acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Framemaker
  • Specific education/License Requirements: Strong English/Writing background
  • Preferred Industry/Company Experience: Need financial services and wires/payments experience


Year of experienced required:

  • 5 plus years of relevant experience in Technical Writing and Content Development within an Application Development project
