Candidates Must Have:


  • 5+ years of experience of customer service/inside sales experience in the industrial manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at the supervisory/managerial level.
  • Experience developing and tracking KPI’s and driving continuous improvement strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems a plus.
  • Six Sigma/Green Belt a plus.
