Simply Driven Executive Search is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its growing company in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new client leads and developing relationships. You should be comfortable with cold outreach, be an excellent communicator and have a strong ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospective client leads to generate interest in Simply Driven services
  • Qualify leads over the phone and schedule appointments for our Information Technology Recruiting and Sales team
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Ideal Background:

  • 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling
  • Previous experience in IT is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, organized and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and driven personality
  • A positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
