Business Development Sales Representative

seeks to increase sales of Kinetico products to new and current customers by systematically expanding the territory in which Kinetico is the water treatment of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains a positive relationship with new and current customers by connecting the customer’s needs with Kinetico’s product solutions through sales development and offering preventative maintenance programs. Proactively generates new business opportunities for Kinetico in the residential and commercial areas. Utilizes in home sales experience to effectively showcase Kinetico products and identify customer needs. Informs customer of product line and capabilities and requests to prepare proposal. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with potential and current customers through effective communication and presentations. Prepares initial and final sales proposals and meets with customers to present sales proposals to obtain new business. Optimizes current customer accounts to ensure profitability. Identifies or develops additional revenue opportunities for category/product penetration within assigned accounts. Achieves and exceeds sales targets, demonstrating a result driven approach. Identifies and develops new opportunities to connect with customer purchasing authorities with the aim of expanding Kinetico adoption into a new customer region. Communicates regularly with internal team to be knowledgeable of real-time customer order statuses. Provides valuable feedback to enhance our product offerings and improve customer experience.

What you will need to succeed:

Education & Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma / GED with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record. Technical sales experience a plus. In-home sales experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool. Competencies:

Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving market conditions. Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong computer skills. Ability to travel within the territory. Physical Effort and Work Environment
