Position Overview:  

UNCAGED is a fast-paced start-up in a rapidly growing industry. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced marketing manager to oversee daily activities. Ideal candidates have strong people skills and proven success managing multiple projects across marketing responsibilities. We need someone skilled in social media, branding and website management. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within a team.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop the company’s marketing strategy and oversee all initiatives 
  • Establish key metrics to analyze campaign performance to allocate funds and determine ROI 
  • Manage external agencies to translate Uncaged goals into actionable objectives  
  • Manage the company’s social media strategy and accounts  
  • Plan marketing materials in line with our brand vision 
  • Copywriting for various projects including content for our website and collateral pieces 
  • Establish branding guidelines and collaborate with external partners and clients for implementation 
  • Event coordination for partner events and tradeshows 
  • Take images and videos of pieces for use in posts  
  • Keep on top of industry trends to drive our marketing strategies  


Skills and Qualifications 

  • Proven successful track record in marketing 
  • Experience with B2B2C products and audiences  
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts  
  • Experience working for a technology company or fashion brand is a plus 
  • Experience working for a start-up is a plus  

 

Terms of Employment: Part-time or contract, leading to full-time.  

 

Compensation: Rate commensurate with expertise, experience and industry trends.
