Our large manufacturing client is looking for an experienced EHS manager to help assist with their daily safety activities related to all regulatory agencies. OSHA, EPA, DEP, DOT, etc.), security, workers compensation and property/casualty insurance matters) This person will assist in the delivery and training of all safety material assigned to the plant.

- Develop and continuously improve site EHS Management System/HSE Management System to align with the Berry Blue Audit EHS management requirements.

- Coordinate with CPI/Divisional EHS team to ensure site remains apprised of Divisional initiatives, guidance, and relevant incidents and regulatory updates.

- Monitor and participate in site training process to ensure all EHS requirements are being met.

- Evaluate and incorporate good practices from other locations at the site as appropriate.

- Lead and facilitate site incident investigation process to include identification and tracking of corrective and preventative actions.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science/Engineering in a relevant field or equivalent EHS experience

- 5 years of EHS Experience

- Ability to work and communicate with and influence the site leadership team
