Job Responsibilities


Work with the customer sales team in managing existing customer accounts and relationships.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and the strategy to achieve it.
  • Design and deliver business reviews.


Create/manage marketing campaigns targeting prospective companies and industry contacts.

  • Design a strategy that aligns with Transend's services.
  • Deploy campaigns, track response rate, and adjust strategy or outreach as necessary.
  • Report to metrics to sales and management teams, ensure proper follow up is done.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews with the sales team to ensure they are meeting their sales goals.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers and the transition to the account management team.
  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new salespeople.


This position will require some travel

3-5 years of transportation experience is required
