The responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily operational support to end-users
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of HRIS systems, PeopleSoft
  • Support Operational reporting; develop, generate, analyze and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through rigorous testing
  • Support PeopleSoft feature release updates and enhancements
  • Create ad-hoc reports and queries for end-users


Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of HRIS experience
  • Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
  • Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.


The annual base salary range is 110k to $160k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
