Human Resources Information System Analyst

The responsibilities include:
- Provide daily operational support to end-users
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of HRIS systems, PeopleSoft
- Support Operational reporting; develop, generate, analyze and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through rigorous testing
- Support PeopleSoft feature release updates and enhancements
- Create ad-hoc reports and queries for end-users
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of HRIS experience
- Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
- Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
- Effective problem-solving skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.
The annual base salary range is 110k to $160k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
