Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN. The Sales Account Executive is accountable for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving business expansion.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales roles, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and generate sales reports
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards achieving results
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or consulting industry is a plus
