  • Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.
  • Effectively manage scope creep
  • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.
  • Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications
  • Be initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed.
  • Align and track project resources and tasks.
  • Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.
  • Collaborate with the other team members from delivery team.
  • 10+ years of technical project experience in communication projects
  • Good knowledge on Agile project management methodology
  • 2+ years’ experience in devops or JIRA
  • Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP)
  • Nice to have cloud Networking, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Exposure to CPaas, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real time communications
  • Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities
