Beaverton, United States VanderHouwen Full time

Status: Direct Hire

Job Title: Quality Manager

Salary: Depends on experience

Location: 100% On-site in Hillsboro, Oregon

About the company:

We began in 2000 when three families got together to open a neighborhood market, a place where local communities can come together to connect with where their food comes from. A friendly, inviting place that honors its region’s farmers, ranchers, growers, and makers—helping them prosper for generations to come.

Over the years, our community has grown, but our goal is still the same: to build community through good food.

We may be in the local food business, but we’re also in the business of taking care of our people. Our staff bring our mission to life every day, and we’re committed to taking care of them. From supporting public policy for increasing minimum wage and offering paid parental leave, to comprehensive healthcare plans and a 30% storewide discount, we work to create a culture of caring, openness, fairness, and trust, where all staff can thrive.

We’re on a never-ending quest for exceptional quality. From every apple to every jar of nut butter, each product in our store must answer two questions: How well was it grown and how good does it taste? Whether it’s locally grown strawberries, or antibiotic, and hormone-free meats made in collaboration with one of our awesome partners, you can count on us to source only the best, high-quality foods available, often grown right here in the PNW.
