Director of Operations Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as AGM, GM, DM or other relevant title in high-volume contract dining services
  • Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare or Sports/Entertainment is preferred
  • Minimum 5mil - 15mil in managed volume
  • Experience with union labor preferred
  • Track-record of success in leading a large team
