Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage application deployment and development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management and software development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in application deployment and development projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based application deployment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
